Choosing the correct size

To make sure that you are confident that the flap chosen will be large enough we recommend that you make a cardboard template of the pet opening size (flap opening size) and coax your pet through the hole – if they come through with ease and have a little space either side to allow for growth then you know that the flap should be large enough, if they appear to struggle then you may need to consider the next size up.

When you order the size needed it is important that you know when you need a slim profile pet flap for panels or glass with a depth of 24mm to 32mm or one for a door with a depth of 44mm to 60mm.
