A motion sensor wakes Flappie as your cat approaches, and the camera looks at what's in its mouth. The AI runs on the flap itself and decides in under half a second. In Flappie's own testing it detects prey 98% of the time.

Your Cats In, Other Cats Out
Flappie recognises your cats by their faces, so there's no microchip to register and no collar tag to lose. You show Flappie who's who in the app, and from then on only your cats get in. Cat ID is free and switched on in the app under Flappie Labs.
