High Tech Pet Power Pet Medium PX-2 Wi-Fi and PX-2 glass adaptor.

We have worked extensively to bring a very much desired product to the market to allow the High Tech Pet Power Pet door range to be installed into glass. Not even the manufacturer has been able to develop this!

Previously it was thought that the Power Pet range design would not enable it to be installed into glass - however, we have partnered with a development company to bring this vision into reality.

To protect our design, we are unable provide full dimensions, however, we can inform you that the minimum size of glass for a glass installation with a Medium PX-2Wi-Fi or PX-2 is 600mm wide by 1250mm high. This works with the PX-2Wi-Fi /PX-2 opening of 305mm wide by 410mm high.

Our glazing manufacturer has worked extensively to assist in this design and if you desire an installation with one of these doors, please do contact us and we can arrange for the glass to be manufactured to the accurate size for your proposed location with the correct size cut for the installation. We can even arrange for the adaptor to be pre-installed for you prior to delivery!

Installation advice

Can be installed into double glazing up to 28mm thick.

For single glazed windows and doors - we recommend that a glass effect substitute is used such as Acrylic or Polycarbonate with a minimum depth of 10mm. Even toughened single glazing will not be strong enough to provide the necessary strength to the area that this Pet Door needs.
